[Mono-devel-list] current XML status

Hello,

I wrote some description of XML library. Basically I've looked into
only System.Xml, so I left some other namespaces blank.

I would be grateful if someone who knows in detail overwrites it.
Even for System.Xml, I'm only a continuator and maybe incorrect.
