[Mono-devel-list] Buffer.ByteLength fix

Hi,

	Here is a fix for the ves_icall_System_Buffer_ByteLengthInternal
function. The returned byte length for multidimensional arrays was
incorrect.

	I've added an update for the test file of Buffer.ByteLength
method.

	Could anyone commit it if ok ?
