I may have missed some discussion - what does this generator generate?

I did a bunch of work a while ago on the CultureInfo class that I didn't get around to submitting yet.
Has someone else done a lot of work in that area in the meantime?

I'll try to clean up my fixes to CultureInfo tonight and post them so they don't get lost...
