[Mono-devel-list] little path for Array.cs

Hi Developers!

Here is little fix for Array.cs. It fixes the 
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=40804 bug.

I also added little testcase to 
System.Collections/Tests/System.Collections/ArrayListTest.cs.

Is it OK to commit?
