[Mono-devel-list] Secure attachments in SOAP

Hi All,
         I want to know how many ways are possible to attach the executable 
file in SOAP message? Also, are there any toolkits like .Net WSE that 
support the encryption and signing of the attachment in a SOAP message and 
sending it from client to the web server?
