Robert, 

Doesn't it mean that if a Consumers doesn't call
SynchronizationContext.SetSynchronizationContext, ReleaseInterfaces isn't
called at all?

Is it possible to detect if Post will do do anything, and if it won't then just
call ReleaseInterfaces directly?
