This works correctly in 2.0.  The debugger stops with the line highlighted and
a dialog box gives you the unhandled exception:

Unhandled Exception:

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path
"/Path/that/does/not/exist/test.xml".
