csharp repl autocomplete fails in assignment

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run csharp.exe
write "var a = new Sy"
hit tab

Actual Results:  
no autocompletion options

Expected Results:  
autocompletion options with things like "System.Collections" etc etc
