Fixed mcs part.

Moving to verifier which does not catch the error

NET verifier complains with

[IL]: Error: [Driver::Bla[T,U]][offset 0x00000005][found ref
System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1[T]'][expected ref
'System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1[U]'] Unexpected type on the stack.
