I get the same result regardless of whether I choose Run/Debug or Run/Run
With->Mono Soft Debugger For ASP.NET.

Could you please upload a screen shot of the asp.net error you are seeing?  The
message from your original post doesn't really give me enough to troubleshoot
the issue, and at this point I'm unable to replicate on my end.

Do you have thoughts on anything else I can look at to account for the
discrepancy between our two environments?
