WCF Crash Sample

Description of Problem:
When a WCF call is made and that call is bad, perhaps a 404, the exception WCF
throws can't be caught by MonoTouch and the app crashes

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run simple solution I have attached. Press Crash button
