    but it could be unrelated to the bug report


Note that none of them leads to a NullReferenceException or a stack trace
similar to your original description. So there are likely other(s) case(s)...

Are you able to build mono from GIT ? If so I could give you a patch that would
make it easier (smaller logs) to write any invalid certificate/URL directly on
the console.
