Android.OS.Environment.GetExternalStoragePublicDirectory() and a few other
methods in Android.OS.Environment are missing...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to call Android.OS.Environment.GetExternalStoragePublicDirectory()
2. compiler error
3.
Actual Results:  
compiler error

Expected Results:  
no compiler error

The documentation is there but the method is not :(
