I'm also seeing quite a lot of

Invalid certificate received from server. Error code: 0xffffffff800b010a
[0xf3d7db70:] EXCEPTION handling: System.IO.IOException: The authentication or
decryption has failed.

when ran with --trace=T:System.Net.HttpWebRequest. Are these anything
interesting?
