When a dialog displayed with ShowDialog (modal) is closed, instead of going
immediately to the owner window, it often flickers for a fraction of a second
to some arbitrary in-the-background window of another program, if other
programs are open. It's particularly jarring when you have a command line
window that has a black background pop up for a second. The flicker looks very
unprofessional. Please investigate it when you find the time. Thanks.
