Example of issue

This could just be a problem with Int32 items being defined in xaml, however
the specific error I am hitting in my project involves a dictionary so I am
providing an example of my scenario to make sure it works.

When a dictionary is defined with a specific key and value type generically,
the XAML does not load correctly.

Reproducible: Always
