Marek, i'm very sorry for disturbing you. You are completely right!

After reading your comment i went to asp.net site to download latest mvc3
release to make sure that i'm not crazy... And it looks like i am :)

The signatures exactly match! Somehow i used a different version of mvc3 that
really brings assembly with different signature, but now it's all ok.
