If a property is an Enum, the value is not converted to the enum before setting
the value.

Attached is a repo.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an enum
2. Create a type that uses the enum for a property
3. Attempt to load the object with XAML and a valid value for the num
Actual Results:
System.ArgumentException: failed to convert parameters
