Description of Problem:
n Project Options\Build\iPhone Bundle Signing screen, bad characters crash Save
of settings.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In the Identity text input, select a distribution certificate with a name
containing an ampersand character.
2. Press OK


Actual Results:
Messagebox with red error icon and titled "MonoDevelop", is displayed reading:
"Save failed. a name did not start with a legal character 32() Line 1, position
38."

Expected Results:
Successful save/no message box.

How often does this happen? 
100% of the time with an ampersand present in selected item in the Identity
list.

Additional Information:
This might be destroying my life.
