I am analyzing mono for a project which has been done in .NET 4.0. I have
everything building however all of the configuration files are in XAML. 

I have put together a small example of some XAML that is not loading when ran
under mono.

I have toyed with this several different ways and XAML appears to be severely
broken in mono.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build the attached application with mono 2.10
2. Execute and observe exception
3. Build the attached application in VS\.NET
4. File loads.
Actual Results:  
Exception, unable to load just about any xaml file

Expected Results:  
Be able to load xaml files just like .NET.
