The attached test case works correctly (a NotImplementedException is thrown) in
both the .NET 2 and .NET 4 profiles. Tested with mono/master, mono/mono-2-10
(branch). The released Mono 2.10.1 fails as reported, the fix will be available
in the next 2.10 release.
