Strangely, with my build of Mono 2.10.1 in /opt/mono-2.10 the following doesn't
fix the problem

MONO_ENABLE_SHM=1 /opt/mono-2.10/bin/mono ProcessTest.exe

The zombie processes still hang around.  Am I doing something wrong?
