I can't find the applet, but it most probably doesn't work because of
BlogEngine's mixed file name case issues. Configure to run your Mono with IOMAP
and it should work (see http://mono-project.com/IOMap for details. If you use
apache/mod_mono, use the MonoIOMAP directive, see man mod_mono)
