Fixed in r9796.

For example, if you add .NET 2.0 System.Windows.Forms.dll to the project, the
resulting error is now:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load assembly 'System.Security,
Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'. Perhaps it
doesn't exist in the Mono for Android profile?
File name: 'System.Security.dll'
