On iOS 4.3 on iPad in landscape mode a UIPopOverController did not come back to
its original position after dismissing the keyboard. It happends when Keyboard
is dismissed by code or by tapping the dismiss key.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use iPad in landscape mode
2. Build a modal popover whitch has a big size and whitch would be resized when
you bring the keyboard into front.
3. dismiss the keyboard
Actual Results:  
The popover did not come back to its original position and did not have the
right size. It stays in the resized and moved position.

Expected Results:  
The popOver should be resized and moved to its original place to see it in a
full view in a normal way.
