Thanks Sebastien. 

I figured out some time ago that Windows.Forms was no longer actively
supported, but I didn't realize that System.Drawing was no longer actively
supported. Is there a supported or suggested alternative to (e.g.)
System.Bitmap?

Knowing that, I will look to an alternative rather than flogging a dead horse.
