hi. i can also confirm the bug exists.
i downloaded 0.90 bonjour release today. i saw the bug on v0.80.
running on windows 7. 

for me, it does not depend on .Resolve(); 
i never get a ServiceRemoved event.

i also had the same issue with IPAny.... but i changed it to IPv4 and it works
fine.

really annoying bug!!
