I'm a pretty experience .NET developer but new to MonoDroid and the
build/deploy/test process so I accept I may just be doing something wrong.

2 out 4 times I've built and deployed a MonoDroid application (just the Hello
example) VS 2010 will be left in a debug state. The application can be
cleaned/built/re-built but the option to deploy does not appear and the toolbar
buttons and menu options associated with debugging are disabled. So far as I
can workout my only options are to quit VS 2010 and start the it again or
unload/reload the project.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Just go through a normal build/deploy/test cycle
Actual Results:
See description

Expected Results:
The debug buttons and menus are not disabled and the deploy menu option is
available.
