Mentioned this on the mailing list, but this is probably a fairly low priority
feature for us to support.  It's a significant amount of work to perform the
scanning and connection under the hood of these xml attributes to C# handlers.

Since connecting event handlers in C# is fairly straight forward, that's likely
the way to go for now.
