Use our branch of LLVM, as described in:

http://www.mono-project.com/Mono_LLVM

I.e. use the 'mono-2-10' branch of the git://github.com/mono/llvm.git
repository instead of stock LLVM. 

We can't support every single version of LLVM, especially since they can't keep
backwards compatibility even in their command line tools.
