Visual Studio Project

Description of Problem:
Nested update panels cause a "Internal error. Invalid writer object.".  Our
application has many instances of this configuration.  When the exception
occurs all processing stops and our pages never get rendered.
We have created a small test project to demonstrate the error.  See attached.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. See attached test project.
2. 


Actual Results:
Exception occurs.


Expected Results:
page should render.


How often does this happen? 
Every time.


Additional Information:
When the project is run under Visual Studio it runs without issue.  When run
under apache with mod_mono the exception occurs.
