This or a similar bug appears to have crept back in to mono 2.10.x.

Under Ubuntu 9.04 using mono 2.0.1 the test app provided appears to work.

However, under Ubuntu 11.04 using mono 2.10.2 the sample app exhibits the above
problem.  I tried to use the above patch to make and install 2.10.2, both as a
whole DbDataAdapter.cs file and just the diff at about line 704, but neither
seemed to fix the problem.

If this issue could be reviewed by someone more intimately familiar with
Mono.Data.Sqlite, that would be appreciated.
