This appears to work w/ my local build of MonoTouch (which will likely be
released as 4.0.4).

I've only tested against the Simulator, though, since I currently do not have a
device to test against.

I'm guessing the fix just happened to have been made to Mono 2.10.x (newer than
the one shipped as part of MonoTouch 4.0.3).
