I believe the best way to address this is to transform filename attributes in
the xml/axml files to lowercase.  These filenames can be identified in xml/axml
as values prefixed with @resource_prefix/* where @resource_prefix is a resource
referenced in XML as a filename, specifically:
@anim
@color
@drawable
@layout
@menu
