After selecting device in "Select Device" Dialog, there are informative
messages
about signing, removing ,copying, checking for runtime.
The dialog is modal so interaction with Visual Studio is not possible.
It would be nice if dialog would be non modal or informational messages
would be
moved to one of output windows.
