Patch fixing the problem.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13)
Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13

png-1.5 hides structure members from public view. For this reason, some code
doesn't compile any more.

I'll try to attach a patch fixing the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install png-1.5, try compiling libgdiplus-2.8.1.
Actual Results:  
Many compilation errors, mostly about dereferencing opaque types.

Expected Results:  
Successful build.
