TabControl example

Testing my Windows Forms project with Mono I found a bug when an Error Text was
assigned to TabPage. Please run an attached project.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Please run an attached example

Actual Results:  
Running on Mono a MessageBox with error text is shown.

Expected Results:  
Running on Microsoft .NET there are no errors.

Error at line errorProvider.SetText.
