55d70dd has the fix for checking the 'base' interfaces (will be backported to
2-10).

More work needed for constraints. It's possible that I'll "simply" ignore them
in 2.10 (i.e. don't report any defects if constraints are present to reduce
false positives) and take time to fix it properly in v.next. Anyway a test case
was committed.
