Using the 2.10 preview, the LoadWithPartialName method crashes (the sample code
has been stolen from bug 645189, which I suspect may be related in some way).


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compile and run the following C# code:

namespace ConsoleApplication1
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main(string[] args)
        {
            Console.WriteLine(Assembly.LoadWithPartialName(
                "Microsoft.Build.Engine").GetName());

            Console.WriteLine(Assembly.LoadWithPartialName(
                "Microsoft.VisualBasic").GetName());
        }
    }
}

Actual Results:  
With Mono 2.10 preview:
