I don't know if i was clear, but the docs specify <intent-filter><category
android:name="__PackageName__" /> needs to be the package name for C2DM to work
properly.  In my xml sample i used {YOUR.PACKAGE} when I should have used
__PackageName__ to be consistent with my example.
