Fixed in r9169, by using an AndroidStoreUncompressedFileExtensions property to
pass a ';'-separated list of file extensions to monodroid:

    <PropertyGroup>
     
<AndroidStoreUncompressedFileExtensions>.txt;.dll</AndroidStoreUncompressedFileExtensions>
    </PropertyGroup>
