I should note that not does it not appear that the interface is 'flattened' for
the sake of comparison, but it would seem that it's also ignoring constraints
on generic interfaces.

in IHttpContextInspectingAuthenticationFailureHandler<T>, T is constrained to
HttpContextInspectingAuthenticationFailureConfigurationSection

in IHttpContextInspectingAuthenticator<T>, T is constrained to
HttpContextInspectingAuthenticatorConfigurationElement


Those two classes are not related to each other.

So really two issues here I believe.
