We have two issues here.

The first is a regression introduced by the constraint checking code. This has
been fixed.

The second is that MonoType::GetMethods() does requires the type to be inited
and checks for brokeness. Currently we can't handle this situation correctly
and it's a bit of work. 

Still working on this and the current solution is to fix the missing
dependency.
