I just tried serveral things, always the same result:

Installed VS 2010 on my laptop, Win7 x64, different hardware. Tried remote and
local debugging. Nothing works.

Installed fresh Win7 system with fresh VS 2010, nothing else, same result.
Installed Mono 2.8.2 locally. Tried to start local debugging, again nothing
works.

It seems somehow either monovs 2.0.8251 is broken somehow, or is just not
working with the newest stable build (2.8.2) of mono.
