I'm sorry I didn't catch this reading the list the first time, but this doesn't
make much sense:
Id -> Identifiers

We should leave it Id, as the use of the term is pretty accepted and pervasive,
consider:
FindViewById<Button>(Resource.Identifier.MyButton);

Since the method is FindViewById, it makes sense that you would call it with a
Resource.Id.SomeId argument
