Bug solved...

Visualt Studio 2010 didn't find the location of my android sdk.
It wasn't automatic after the installation.

So to solve the problem : 
Tools / Options / MonoDroid

Setting the path to android sdk
Restart Visual Studio 2010 for changes take effect.

And that's ok ;)
