Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: An exception was
thrown by the type initializer for System.Drawing.GDIPlus --->
System.DllNotFoundException: gdiplus.dll

kangaroo: the bundler doesn't bundle libgdiplus.dylib or the config


This happens on my projects using System.Drawing.Graphics.  Due to other bugs
not able to create a small test case right now. Will upload test case when I am
able to create as small one.
