Osx thread bug, Winform project

Description of Problem:
When I move the mouse over the window, the program runs much faster (cc. 3
times). (Or refreshes more frequently). Only on OSX, on Windows works well.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Build the solution with Monodevelop. This is a Winform application.

Expected Results:
The counting speed must be constant.

How often does this happen? 
Allways.
