Oh okay. I hadn't looked at the source code yet, just at the extract you
showed, so I wasn't aware there was more code around.
That said, I do not understand the original code, ie: why the #if !NET_2_0 part
is there in the first place. I'm thinking either the developer was mistaken
about the .NET 2.0 behavior, or the exclamation mark was added by mistake (ie:
base 10 was only needed for .NET 1.1, not 2.0... I don't know if that's the
case, and it doesn't matter anymore since .NET 1.1 support has been dropped).
I'll take care of this soon. Thanks for the detailed report.
