Also confirming that hitting it hard with the same executable and same bitmap
file on the same hardware (Intel Core i7 Q820) under Windows (XP Pro x64 SP2)
fails to ever exhibit the bug.

I also did the same on a Pentium 4 (two "processors") under Win XP Pro (32-bit)
SP3 and also never see the bug.
